I bought an ergononic desk about a year ago. All of a sudden the desk malfunctioned and has stopped working giving an E3 error.
I called on 11/29/23 an opened a ticket. The rep said it would take their tech support 48hrs to call me back. Well that csme and went so I called back and that rep told me it would take 7 days for them to call me back. I called yesterday and supposedly spoke to a supervisor named Sarjj who said all he could do was escalate my ticket and didn't have any other ressources for me to to talk to higher management.
I was told by Sarjj the supervisor that they would call me yesterday and yet again, no call. This is absolutely ridicuious and I am so tire of the run around just so I can speak to someone in there tech support department.
I will definitely be contacting the BBB seeing as I am not going to get anywhere with this company. I would highly recommend NOT purchasing any products from this company.

UNSAFE FIREPLACES
I had bought 1 of the medium sized fireplace heaters earlier this year. What a mess from start to now.
Company promised same day delivery, for which I paid extra for, the thing turned into a fiasco. No heater for weeks! I needed this during the storm here in CA in the beginning of 2021. I was told the thing was LOST in shipping.
Funny, it was coming than 4.5 hours away! This whole long out crap shoot was dealt with through Walmart's chat option. All conversations were saved! I hate thinking I'm going to have to go through this all over again.
Between Walmart and the retailer not knowing what each was doing and no one had answers. almost 3 weeks later I wind up with the heater I was promised the day I ordered it.
A while later i notice I am being charged for 2 (TWO) heaters.. I flipped a biscuit!
Now we get to bring in my cc company to all this. yay..
Turns out I paid for 2 heaters, 1 showed up within 3 weeks, the other a bit later.
FIASCO! from hells canyon walls.
This was just the beginning of the fun. Though today was the last straw!
I thought this next situation was my home, which I find out today NO, it's the heaters. They both get HOT!
I mean, yes, the lower part at the bottom DOES get really HOT!
Really concerning when using it on carpeted flooring.
But the plugs and cords get REALLY HOT!
So this means it was NOT my outlets but these heaters that are faulty.
These little heaters ARE A FIRE HAZARD! I read some reviews on Walmart's site about the cords getting hot, but I read many more that seemed positive. I really hoped I wouldn't become a statistic.
Well, I was wrong. So here we sit, unprepared for this next cold front once again and not even a year later (just the next winter) without a proper heater.
Had I known it was the heaters, I would have ordered a more reliable model before this years returning cold cycle.
I ended up with these little heaters due to EVERYONE & THEY MOMMA buying out the heaters last winters storm and the selection was plainly pitiful.
I truly regret this decision.
Though I knew nothing else to do.
I've tried contacting DURAFLAME which is the actual name on each fireplace. And was instructed to contact Twin-Stars.
I'm SO fed up with jumping through hoops to receive proper and respectful treatment AND reliable product.
These heaters are NOT CHEAP!
Especially when they cause your home damage!!
I had my outlets changed out, thinking my outlets were the issue.
Not knowing that it was in fact the heaters. What an EXPENSIVE MESS!!!
Plumbers & Electricians are NO where near cheap.
It wasn't until sitting here tonight after having to unplug this heater upstairs due to the cord and plug feeling extremely HOT that I thought to search out current reviews on these little heaters. It reminded me of my hesitency earlier in this year.
I will be looking for a better made fireplace to replace each of these devices.
ASAP!!
I will NOT ride through another cold front without a proper way to heat my two rooms!!
This company has known about the heaters faults and have chosen to not correct the issues.
Irresponsible Unprofessional Incompetence Illegal.
Just a few words that come to mind.
I wonder just how many people who have used these heaters have experienced some form of over heated device, outlet, etc.
I will be contacting the FTC, local DA, Consumer Affairs, Local Govt office (reps), as well as, our local fire dept. THEY in themselves can get actions like this heard quite quickly.
NO ONE should ever unknowingly use these space heaters without knowing what history they have.
And next time, I will not excuse any products ESPECIALLY an electrical appliance with a very bad reputation. Proven facts!
I paid too much money for 2 heaters that are in fact dangerous!
And as I stated, it's not even come to 1 year. I used them off an on in the beginning of the year and we had started them up again in the past few days.
Only to rediscover that even after having the outlets redone.. the cords and plugs are STILL getting EXTREMELY HOT.
So it wasn't my outlets, but these heaters.
I would state I want to be reimbursed for the electrical work done, but I know that may be a bit far out. Though in my eyes, very reasonable. Being that it proved, it isn't me but the heaters that have issue.
But what an expensive way to discover it.
I never imagined the bad heaters a handful of other people received would also be sent to me.
You never imagine that you will be "one of those people".
I want to be reimbursed!
I also want these people to pull these heaters from the sites and shelves until they correct the faulty wiring in each!
I WISH I COULD GIVE NO, NONE, NADA, ZIP or even
MINUS 10 STARS!
The heaters are nice to look at, a bit small for any room but the restroom, really.
Unless you're sitting right up near it, my cats do.
But say you're 7 feet away, it's not like sitting in front of the fireplace where the heat surrounds you and has you feeling pink cheeked and frisky.
I;m pissed and what's coming to mind is everything that is unsavory with these contraptions.
Regret is swimming in my minds pool.
USA made shipped, local, or reputable companies from here on out.
I can't afford the cheaper made inferior products.
It's coming down to safety and quality over price and what may be untrue reviews. I wonder just how many of the positive reviews on Wally's site are even true.

Preferred solution: Definitely a Full Refund on both heaters. But I've incurred much more than that, through this horrible situation. It's more than frightful to reach down to touch a plug to feel it as hot as a skillet right off the burner!!
